1. Who We Are

Aurums is a software service operated by an individual. The term "we," "us," or "our" refers to the service provider of Aurums. You can contact us at: support@aurums.io.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Nature of the Service

Aurums is software only. It enables automated trade execution in MT5 using signals you supply from external sources. Aurums does **not**:

• provide trading signals
• offer financial advice
• guarantee any trading outcome
• manage funds or broker accounts

You are solely responsible for:

• providing your own trading signals
• managing your MT5 account
• understanding the risks of automated trading

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, password, and licence key.

• Do not share your licence or account
• Each licence is for one user and one MT5 installation
• We may revoke or suspend licences if misuse or abuse is detected

6. Licensing Terms

Your access to Aurums is based on a paid subscription and licence. Each licence is: non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to the subscription period.

You may NOT:

• resell, sublicense, or redistribute your licence
• reverse engineer or modify the software
• attempt to circumvent security or licensing restrictions

We reserve the right to revoke licences if you breach these Terms.

7. Billing & Payments

Aurums uses Stripe for secure payment processing.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing cycle
• No refunds are provided once a billing cycle begins
• Failed payments or chargebacks may result in immediate access removal

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, bugs, or other disruptions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; trading losses of any kind; software bugs or errors; or failures in third-party services (e.g., MT5, brokers, Stripe).

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 3 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurums from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may cancel at any time via your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Key clauses (e.g. liability, risk, indemnification) survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify users where appropriate. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England & Wales. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
