What exactly does Aurums automate?
Aurums reads trading signals from your connected Telegram channel and automatically places the corresponding trades on your MetaTrader 5 account. It executes entries, stop losses, and take profits exactly as specified in the signal.
Do you guarantee profits?
No. Aurums is software that executes trades - it does not generate signals or provide financial advice. Your results depend entirely on the quality of the signals you choose to follow. Trading involves significant risk of loss.
What happens after I pay?
After successful payment, your account is created instantly. You will be redirected to your dashboard where your unique licence key is displayed. You can then copy this key and paste it into the MT5 Expert Advisor to activate automated execution.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, the software will stop executing trades.
What platforms are supported?
Aurums works with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) on Windows. We provide an Expert Advisor (EA) file that you install into your MT5 terminal. Most brokers that offer MT5 are compatible.
What if I pay and don't get access?
If payment completes but you do not see your licence key in your dashboard, please contact support immediately with your email address. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Can I use one licence on multiple accounts?
No. Each licence key is valid for one MT5 account only. If you need to run Aurums on multiple accounts, you will need additional licences. Contact support for multi-account pricing.
What signals does Aurums support?
Aurums is designed to work with structured trading signals from approved Telegram providers. The signals must be in a format the software can parse. Contact support to confirm compatibility with your signal provider.
Is my broker account safe?
Aurums only has the permissions needed to place and manage trades. It does not have access to deposit or withdraw funds. The software runs locally on your computer within your MT5 terminal.
What if the software stops working?
If you experience technical issues, check your internet connection and MT5 installation first. Then contact support with details of the problem. We provide software updates to fix bugs and improve reliability.
